By using FastBoost ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. We've kept them simple and clear. By proceeding with any payment or use of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
2. About Our Service
FastBoost is a professional outreach service that delivers your message to verified contacts worldwide via WhatsApp, Email, and Facebook channels. You provide your message, link, and target preferences — we handle the delivery infrastructure using our verified business channels.
3. Account Registration
When you create an account or place an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Keep your account credentials private and secure
- Be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering contracts
- Use one account per individual or business entity
4. Acceptable Use
FastBoost is designed for genuine business outreach — promoting real services, products, or offerings to relevant audiences. We support honest, value-adding communication.
The following are not permitted:
- Illegal products or services
- Adult or explicit content
- Gambling, drugs, weapons, or fraudulent schemes
- Phishing, malware, or scams
- Misleading or deceptive claims
- Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Activities violating applicable laws or platform policies
We reserve the right to refuse service for content that does not align with our standards, without obligation to provide refund for declined content.
5. Order Processing & Delivery
Upon order confirmation:
- You receive a brief form to share campaign details
- Campaigns typically begin within 24-48 hours of completed brief
- Delivery follows natural pacing for platform compliance (Starter: 2-3 days; Growth: 5-7 days; Scale: 10-14 days)
- Progress updates are provided throughout the campaign cycle
6. Service Performance
FastBoost focuses on what we control: contact verification, smart targeting, and reliable message delivery through our channels. Outcomes beyond delivery — including but not limited to recipient responses, conversions, sales, business opportunities, or engagement metrics — are influenced by factors outside our service scope, including your offering, industry conditions, message content, pricing, market timing, and your subsequent follow-up actions.
By using FastBoost, you acknowledge that the Service consists of delivery of your message to qualified contacts, and that no specific outcomes beyond delivery are part of this Service. You understand that business results depend on multiple variables, many of which fall outside the Service's control, and you accept full responsibility for your business decisions, targeting selections, and post-delivery activities.
7. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is displayed on our pricing page. Payments are one-time charges processed by secure third-party providers. All amounts are in USD unless stated otherwise.
By completing payment, you authorize the charge and confirm acceptance of these Terms in their entirety, including Sections 6 and 8.
8. Cancellation & Service Adjustment
Should you wish to discontinue your engagement with the Service after payment, please contact hello@fastboost.site at your earliest convenience.
Our service adjustment terms reflect the operational costs associated with each campaign — including but not limited to: payment processing fees, account setup, contact preparation, channel allocation, infrastructure costs, and partial delivery efforts that begin immediately upon order confirmation.
Accordingly, where service adjustments are processed:
- A non-recoverable service preparation and processing fee of forty percent (40%) of the order value is retained to cover the aforementioned operational costs
- The remaining sixty percent (60%) may be returned to the original payment method, subject to review
- Adjustments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 5-10 business days
- Once a campaign has substantially commenced (typically within 24-48 hours of order), service adjustments may be further pro-rated based on delivery progress
- Adjustment requests submitted beyond 14 days of order confirmation are not eligible for processing
For clarity: this provision is not a guarantee of return of any specific portion of payment, but reflects our standard operational framework for handling service adjustments.
9. Order Modifications
Modifications to campaign details (message, targeting, link) must be submitted before delivery commences. Once your campaign has started, in-progress modifications cannot be accommodated to maintain delivery quality and platform compliance.
10. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any message, copy, or content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to deliver this content on your behalf through our channels. Our website, branding, platform technology, and proprietary systems remain our property.
11. Limitation of Service Scope
FastBoost is provided as a professional outreach service. We cannot control external factors including: third-party platform policies and changes (WhatsApp, Facebook, email providers, etc.), recipient behavior or responses, market conditions, regulatory changes, or your business operations.
You acknowledge that by using this Service, you accept these external variables as part of your own business risk, and FastBoost's role is limited strictly to the delivery infrastructure described herein.
12. Service Continuity
You may discontinue use of FastBoost at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms — particularly Sections 4, 6, and 8 — without obligation to refund completed or in-progress campaigns.
13. Communications
For any service-related inquiries, please contact us first at hello@fastboost.site. We respond within 24 hours and strive to resolve any concerns directly. We request that you allow our team reasonable opportunity to address any matter before escalating to third parties, including but not limited to payment providers, banks, or regulatory bodies.
14. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
